Spray Process of Fluorocarbon Resin Our spray process production line of fluorocarbon resin is a state of the art continuous production line with a length of 435 meters. The automatic spray production line adopts hanging chain transportation strictly conforming to ASTM standard, and there is imported high-pressure electrostatic sprayer in the spray room. The whole production line is wholly automatic. Application Curtain wall, interior decoration, cover of column, panels for advertisement and identification, balcony and decorative insulating panel, compartment, show table, instrumental case or panel, etc. Control and Test of Product Quality We operate strictly conforming to ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and Quality Guarantee System. So every process is strictly checked. There are highly trained staff and advanced test equipment in our special test laboratory, which ensure that our spray quality can meet the requirements from AAMA standard of US Construction Association.
