Custom Clad aluminum honeycomb panel is a new development composite material which adopts international advanced composite technology and the most advanced production process of continuous plane heat composite in China, which conquers the shortcomings of traditional honeycomb panel such as brittleness, low anti-avulsion and impact characteristics, hard to process and high cost.
Structure
Custom Clad aluminum honeycomb panel is sandwiched by two skins of high-intensity alloy aluminum as face panels between high-density aluminum honeycomb as core. The standard thickness of face panel is 0.8mm and 1.0mm, and the total thickness of aluminum honeycomb panel is 10mm, 15mm, or 20mm. The structure and dimension of other specifications can be designed and manufactured according to the requirements from customers.
Surface Coating
The top face of Custom Clad aluminum honeycomb panel is coated with PVDF or PE coating according to the AAMA and ECCA standard, it has wide range of standard colors including light color, metallic color and other colors as specified by customer.
The aluminum honeycomb panel used for outdoors should be coated with PVDF coating due to its characteristics of anti-weather, anti-ultraviolet, anti-humidity, anti-pollution etc. The standard specification can be used from -40c to 85c to meet the requirements of architecture, and we can produce the tailor-made lines which can resist temperature over 100c according to your requirements.
Process
Custom Clad aluminum honeycomb panel uses adhesion with high tenacity so that it can achieve special processing features such as cutting, milling, bending, rolling, etc.
Application
It can be widely used in areas such as curtain wall, bulkheads, etc.
